CDB系列多路换向阀

　　CDB系列多路换向阀是我公司根据国内1－10T叉车、小型装载机、平地机液压系统，并引进、消化、吸收国外先进技术而进行优化设计的新产品，CDB系列多路换向阀不但适用于叉车、小型装载机、平地机液压系统，还可应用于其它起重运输机械、矿山机械液压系统中，是主机实现进口元件国产化的理想产品。
　　结构特点：
　　采用片式结构，1~10连内可任意组合。
　　油路形式为并联、串并联。
　　进油阀片内设有稳流装置，保证转向系统正常工作。
　　换向阀片内可带过载阀、二次压力阀、补油阀等附加阀供用户选择。
　　滑阀机能有O、A、R、Y、OX等，供用户任意选择和组合，其中R型机能用于叉车门架前倾限速，避免门架产生超速运动和气穴现象。
　　CDB系列多路阀具有弹簧复位、钢球定位和反冲复位定复位方式，其操作方便灵活，保证前倾动作安全平稳。
　　各种机能均有良好的微动性能。
　　CDB15型多路阀适用于单泵分流双回路系统。
　　CDB20型多路阀适用于双泵分流双回路系统。
　　CDB系列多路换向阀功能全、性能佳、结构紧凑、安全可靠、维修方便。
　　The CDB series multiple directional control valves are new product developed by our company by combining the advantages of hydraulic systems of domestic 1－10T fork trucks, small－sized loaders and flat land levellers, and imported and digested advanced technologies abroad. The CDB series multiple directional control valves are not only used to hydraulic systems of 1－10T fork trucks, small－sized loaders and planers, but also hydraulic systems of other lifting transportation machinery and mining machinery. The valves are an ideal substitute for imported parts.
　　Structure characteristics：
　　Having the tandem structure, the valves can be combined in any way within one to ten pieces.
　　The oil circuit mode is of parallel or serial－parallel.
　　The inlet valve piece is equipped with flow stabilizing unit to ensure normal operation of steering system.
　　There are additional valves such as overload valve, secondary pressure valve and make up check valve available for users.
　　The spool functions include O, A, R, Y and OX for user selection and combination. R－function is used for speed limiting when the fork truck gantry is leaning forward to avoid over speed and cavitation. The CDB series multiple directional control valves have spring return, ball locking and recoiling returning modes with convenient operation for safe and smooth leaning.
　　All functions have good micro movement features.
　　The model CDB15 multiple directional valve is applicable to single－pump flow－dividing double circuit system.
　　The model CDB20 multiple directional valve is applicable to double－pump flow－dividing double circuit system.
　　The CDB series multiple directional valves have a complete set of functions with high quality performance and compact structure. They are both safe and reliable and easy in maintenance.
