CDA4－F15型多路换向阀

　　CDA4－F15型多路换向阀是参考国外同类先进产品，并根据国内工程车辆的实际需要研制而成的新产品。该产品具有功能全、性能佳、结构紧凑、体积小、重量轻等优点，并在保证进口样机性能的前提下，加大了油路通道，使压力损失减小，降低了能耗、减小了系统的发热。
　　CDA4－F15型多路换向阀为片式结构，用户根据需要可在10连内任意选用，可组成并联、串并联及并联与串并联的组合油路形式，有O、OX、R、A、B、Y等多种滑阀机能。其中R型机能用于叉车门架前倾限速，避免由于负载和门架重力作用而产生的超速运动和气穴现象，使前倾动作安全平稳，OX型机能用于执行机构中属具的工作，它能有效的保证属具动作平稳可靠。各种机能具有良好的微动特性，各工作油口可安装过载阀，其压力按用户要求调定。
　　CDA4－F15型多路换向阀进油阀体上设有控制主系统压力的主安全阀和控制转向系统压力的转向安全阀，其结构紧凑，启闭性能好、噪声小、进油阀体内可带一稳流装置向转向系统提供稳定流量，保证转向系统的正常工作，从而实现单泵同时供油给转向系统和工作系统。该产品适用于3顿以下的叉车、轻中型装载机及其它工程，矿山机械的液压系统中。它不但能实现多个执行机构的集中控制，并可带单路稳流分流阀向主机转向系统提供稳定的流量，使转向性能可靠，理想的替代了进口元件。
　　The model CDA4－F15 multiple directional control valve is developed on the basis of similar advanced product abroad while considering the actual demand of domestic engineering vehicles. The valve features function completeness, fine performance, compact structure, small volume and weight light. In addition to the features of imported equipment, it has included such advantages as enlarging oil passageway, reduction in pressure loss, energy consumption and system heating.
　　The model CDA4－F15 multiple directional control valve is of tandem structure. Users may select either number among the 10 pieces to combine oil circuits such as parallel, serial－parallel, parallel and serial－parallel ones. Its spool functions include O, OX, R, A, B and Y, R spool function is used for speed limiting when the fork truck gantry is leaning forward to avoid over speeding and cavitating. The OX spool function is used for attached tools in the actuating mechanism to ensure smooth and reliable action of attach tools. All functions have good inching features. Overload valves may be installed on all ports with their pressure set by users as required.
　　The inlet body of the model CDA4－F15 multiple directional control valve is equipped with main relief valve for controlling main system pressure and steering relief valve for controlling steering system pressure. Its features are compact in structure, good in opening－closing characteristic and low in noise. Inside the inlet valve body there may be a flow stabilizing unit to provide stable flow to the steering system for its normal operation, which makes it possible that the single pump feeds oil to the steering system and working system at the same time. The valve is applicable to the hydraulic systems in fork trucks with its capacity under 3 tons, light－medium－sized loaders and other engineering and mining machinery. It can not only carry out integrated control over several actuating mechanism, but also be equipped with a single way flow stabilizing valve to provide stable flow to the steering system for reliable steering, an ideal substitute for imported products.
