DL－8型多路换向阀

　　DL－8型多路换向阀是片式结构的多路阀，该阀是参照多田野汽车起重机下车阀改进设计而成。它主要用于控制汽车起重机支腿的伸缩，设计中除保证原有的性能外，还注重考虑了加大通往上车阀的油路通道，使中位压力损失大为下降，减小了系统的发热。通过各种试验以及用户使用证明，DL－8型多路阀完全能替代多田野汽车起重机下车阀，实现了进口元件的国产化。DL－8型多路阀还可以应用于其它工程机械的液压系统中。
　　DL－8型多路阀主要是由前端阀体、选择阀组、液控单向阀组和四连换向阀组成。其安全阀结构紧凑，启闭性能好，噪声小。DL－8型多路阀为手动操纵，第一连选择阀可根据用户需要选用钢球定位或弹簧复位方式。其余四连换向阀均采用钢球定位方式。DL－8型多路阀具有操纵轻便、换向灵活、定位可靠的特点。
　　The model DL－8 multiple directional control valve is a new kind of product with tandem structure, which is the improved on version of the lower valve in TADANO vehicle crane. The valve is mainly used for controlling the extension and contraction of vehicle crane legs. In addition to the original functions, the passage way is enlarged to decease the pressure loss at center position, thus reducing the system heating. Different experiments and practical use have indicated that the valve can replace the lower valve for TADANO vehicle cranes, an ideal substitutes for imported products. The model DL－8 multiple directional valve can also be used in hydraulic systems in other engineering machinery.
　　The model DL－8 multiple directional control valve consists of front valve body, selective valve group, pilot operated check valve group and quadruple directional valves. Its safety valve features are compact in structure, good in opening-closing characteristic and low in noise. It is operated manually with the first piece using ball locking or spring return modes as required by users. The other quadruple directional valves all take the form of ball locking. It is easy to operate, flexible in changing direction and reliable in positioning.
