ZS1(2、4)系列多路换向阀
ZS系列多路换向阀是一种以手动换向阀为主体的组合阀。它主要用于工程机械、矿山机械、起重运输机械和其他机械液压系统，用以改变液流方向，实现多个执行机构的集中控制。
The ZS series multiple directional control valves, one kind
of combination valve with the manual directional conrtol valves
are mainly used in engineering machinery, mining machinery,
lifting and transportation machinery and other mechanical hydraulic
systems to change flow direction for integrated control over
several actuating mechanism. |

ZS1系列多路换向阀带有先导式安全阀和单向阀，油路形式为并联油路。该阀结构简单，泄漏量小，安全阀启闭特性好，滑阀机能有O、R、Y、A、B、N几种形式。定复位方式有弹簧复位和钢球定位两种。
The ZS1 series multiple directional control valves consist
of pilot operated relief valve and check valve with parallel
oil circuit . Its features are simple in structure, small in
leakage and good in opeaing－closing characteristic of relief
valve. The spool functions include O, R, Y, A, B and N. The
positioning and returning modes include spring return and ball
locking. |

ZS2系列多路换向阀是在ZS1系列基础上改进设计的，除具有ZS1系列工作压力高，结构紧凑，溢流阀性能好，无外漏等优点外，各项技术指标均有进一步提高。ZS2的油路形式、滑阀机能及定复位方式均与ZS1相同。为减小体积尺寸，ZS2系列多路换向阀取消了安装角铁，利用进、回油阀体上的三个底脚直接安装。
The ZS2 series multiple directional control valves are designed
on the basis of the ZS1 valves. In addition to ZS1 series features
such as high in working pressure, compact in structure, no exterior
leakage, all the technical specifications have been upgraded.
The ZS2 valves have the same oil circuit, spool function, and
positioning and returning modes as the ZS1 valves. In order
to reduce dimensional size, the ZS2 valves have discarded the
installation angle bar and the three feet on the inlet and outlet
valve bodies are used for installation. |
