亚洲最大输电线路杆塔试验站液压加荷系统

国电电力建设研究所1000KV杆塔试验站是目前亚洲最大的输电线路杆塔试验站,该液压系统由分布在三个不同位置的PLC和上位测控计算机组成网络进行远距离协调控制。系统运行过程中,下位PLC把现场传感器采集到的参数、报警信号和开关量状态上传测控计算机,通过伺服比例阀和伺服油缸对被试杆塔各受力点的加荷进行闭环控制,并由计算机测控。
The 1000KV column tower laboratory developed by the Electric Construction
Institute of the National Electric Power Company is the current
largest electric transmission column tower laboratory in Asia. The
hydraulic system utilizes a network comprising three PLCs at different
positions and upper monitor computer to implement long-distance
coordination and control. During the system operation, the lower
PLC transmits the parameters, alarm signals and switching status
picked up by field sensors to the monitor computer to carry out
closed loop control over all bearing points of the tested column
towers by way of servo proportionate valves and servo hydraulic
cylinders, which will be monitored by computer.
