CPCD-F15型多路换向阀是参考国内外同类先进产品的基础,并根据国内工程车辆的实际需要研制而成的新产品。该产品具有功能全、性能佳、结构紧凑、体积小、重量轻等优点。该产品除保证进口样机的性能外,还加大了油路通道,使压力损失减小,降低了能耗、减小系统的发热。理想地替代了进口元件。
CPCD-F15型多路换向阀为片式结构,用户根据需要可在10连内任意选用,可组成并联、串并联及并联与串并联的组合油路形式,有O、OX、R、A、B、Y等多种滑阀机能。其中R型机能用于叉车门架前倾限速,避免由于负载和门架重力作用而产生的超速运动和气穴现象,使前倾动作安全平稳,OX型机能用于执行机构中属具的工作,它能有效的保证属具动作平稳可靠。各种机能具有良好的微动特性,各工作油口可安装过载阀,其压力按用户要求调定。
CPCD-F15型多路换向阀进油阀体上设有控制主系统压力的安全阀,其结构紧凑、启闭性能好、噪声小。该产品适用于3吨以下的电瓶叉车和内燃叉车、轻中型装载机及其它工程、矿山机械的液压系统中,它不但能实现多个执行机构的集中控制,还可通过滑阀操纵端的特殊结构与电瓶叉车电控系统连接,从而达到节能目的。
The model CPCD-F15 multiple directional control valve is developed
on the basis of similar advanced products abroad while considering
the actual demand of domestic engineering vehicles. Its features
are complete in function, fine in performance, compact in structure,
small in volume and light in weight. In addition to the features
of imported equipment, it has included such advantages as enlarging
oil passageway, reduction in pressure loss, energy consumption and
system heating. It is an ideal substitutes for imported products
The model CDA4-F15 multiple directional control valve is of tandem
structure. Users may select either number among the 10 pieces to
combine oil circuits such as parallel, serial-parallel, parallel
and serial-parallel ones. Its spool functions include O, Ox, R,
A, B and Y. R spool function is used for speed limiting when the
fork truck gantry is leaning forward to avoid over speeding and
cavitating. The OX function is used for attach tools in the actuating
mechanism to ensure smooth and reliable action of attach tools.
All functions have good inching features. Overload valves may be
installed on all ports with their pressure set by users as required.
The inlet body of the model CPCD-F15 multiple directional control
valve is equipped with a relief valve for controlling main system
pressure. Its features are compact in structure, good in opening-closing
characteristic and low in noise. The valve is applicable to the
hydraulic systems in cell fork trucks with its capacity below 3
tons, diesel fork trucks, light-medium-sized loaders and other engineering
and mining machinery. It not only can carry out integrated control
over several actuating mechanism, but also is energy saving due
to the connection between the special structure of the spool end
and the electric controlling system of the cell fork trucks.
